Effective on the date of hire, all full-time regular employees (and regular part-time employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 32 hours per week) are eligible to participate in Johnston & Matthews's benefit program offerings.

Eligible dependents for medical plans include:

spouse
unmarried dependent children under age 26 or two years after the child loses federal tax dependent status

Eligible dependents for the dental plan include:

spouse
any unmarried children under age 19
unmarried children ages 19 – 23 who are full time students (certification required)

Domestic partners are also eligible, restrictions apply. Please speak with a Johnston & Matthews HR representative for complete details.

Flexible Spending Plans (FSA)- Provided by Alt Benefits, Johnston & Matthews offers a comprehensive Medical Reimbursement Plan with a Flexible Spending Debit Care and Dependent Care Plan for employees.
Employee Advocacy Program (EAP) - Provided by Health Advocate, Johnston & Matthews offers a comprehensive advocacy program for employees, eligible depedents and parents.

8 Paid Holidays (per year) with eligibility for 1 Floating Holiday.
Paid Vacation and Sick Days –14 days in the first year of service increasing two days per additional year to a maximum of 20 days in the fifth year of service.
