I have
been walking my dogs.
I eat a lot of vegetables
and drink water all day.
I know I just need to work
harder & be consistent.

I have been trying
to lose weight. I have lost
10 pounds so far. I've
been following weight watchers point
system and I've increased
my activity by going to
the gym 3 times per week. |

I have been riding
my bike for quite some
time however within the last year have
been trying to ride more in the morning.
I feel better
after working out before I begin
a long day at work. |

I have been working
pretty hard to get back to my idea weight.
I am currently running. i am now at
the point that I am able to jog and
I am also riding 30 to 45
minutes a morning for
4 to 5 days a week. |

I joined
Curves, weight loss for
women, and I love it! This week I've
already been 4 times! It really works
great for my schedule.
I go straight form work, it's only 30
minutes then I have plenty of time for
my other activities. I have so
much more energy! I have
also helped with my stress
from work. For once I
feel like I found something that I know
I can stick too! |

I work better with
goals and plans laid out in front of
me. Things I can see and check off when
I'm done. I would appreciate
any input, advice, encouragement,
that I can from you. |

5 pounds and I'm working
on another 5 pounds. Ten
pounds would be my ideal. |
