wellness program feedback

Below we have gathered Wellness Program Feedback from our clients' employees who are participating in their Employee Wellness Program. All feedback below is anonymous to protect the privacy of the participants.

I have been walking my dogs. I eat a lot of vegetables and drink water all day. I know I just need to work harder & be consistent.
I have been trying to lose weight. I have lost 10 pounds so far. I've been following weight watchers point system and I've increased my activity by going to the gym 3 times per week.
I have been riding my bike for quite some time however within the last year have been trying to ride more in the morning. I feel better after working out before I begin a long day at work.
I have been working pretty hard to get back to my idea weight. I am currently running. i am now at the point that I am able to jog and I am also riding 30 to 45 minutes a morning for 4 to 5 days a week.
I joined Curves, weight loss for women, and I love it! This week I've already been 4 times! It really works great for my schedule. I go straight form work, it's only 30 minutes then I have plenty of time for my other activities. I have so much more energy! I have also helped with my stress from work. For once I feel like I found something that I know I can stick too!
I work better with goals and plans laid out in front of me. Things I can see and check off when I'm done. I would appreciate any input, advice, encouragement, that I can from you.
I have lost 5 pounds and I'm working on another 5 pounds. Ten pounds would be my ideal.
