UBA Survey | Employer opinions
I am pleased to extend to your
organization an invitation to participate in the
2008 UBA Employer Opinion Survey.
Johnston & Matthews, in conjunction with United
Benefit Advisors, an alliance of the nation’s
premier independent benefit advisory firms is
conducting this nationwide survey of employer-sponsored
healthcare plans in the 4 key areas of:
- Health Plan Strategies
- Benefits Philosophy and
Opinion
- Health Plan Management
- Consumer Driven Health
Care
The survey results will provide
you with critical benchmarks that will allow you
to compare your attitudes and strategies regarding
employer-provided health care with those of your
peers and competitors. You will learn which strategies
are actually being implemented (rather than just
talked about) and which ones are really working.
As a participant, you will receive
a complimentary electronic synopsis of the key
national results. In addition, if you are interested
in finding out how your company’s strategies
stack up against competing businesses in more
detail, we will be happy to meet with you at your

only a small investment of your time to complete.

To be included in the results,
your response must be submitted no later than
February 29, 2008. Additionally, you must include
a valid business email address in order to receive
your copy of the survey summary. Your email in
no way identifies your information and will be
used for no purpose other than sending your complimentary
copy of the summary report. UBA will not send
results to personal email accounts. UBA does not
sell to or market your email address in any form
and maintains all data in the strictest confidence.
